Ancient surfers believed that waves came in sets of seven and that the seventh wave was the biggest and smoothest wave to ride. We believe that they were on to something. Waiting for six waves to pass to find the seventh teaches patience and perseverance. Not just in surfing but also in life. We use this philosophy in our lifestyles and in the products we deliver.
Our goal is to provide people who share the same ideals about conservation and the ocean with a quality pair of sunglasses that are lightweight and stylish, yet still affordable. We were tired of losing an expensive pair of sunglasses to the water every time we got underneath a big wave.
Whether it's surfing, fishing, or just being on the sand. We want everybody to have the opportunity to fall in love with the coast like we have. That's why we donate 10% of our profits every month to help protect and preserve the world's oceans, waves, and beaches.
Organizations We Support
Oceana is the largest international advocacy organization focused solely on ocean conservation. We run science-based campaigns and seek to win policy victories that can restore ocean biodiversity and ensure that the oceans are abundant and can feed hundreds of millions of people. Oceana victories have already helped to create policies that could increase fish populations in its countries by as much as 40 percent and that have protected more than 1 million square miles of ocean. We have campaign offices in the countries that control close to 25 percent of the world's wild fish catch, including in North, South and Central America, Asia, and Europe.
